- Production time is about 7 days, shipping will take about 5~7 days by express (FedEx, DHL, or TNT) to the door

Made to order: about 7–10 days production, then 5–10 days transit to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore.
You receive a carrier tracking number when the order leaves the factory.
Damage
Inspect the carton on delivery. Photograph any damage the same day and email us. Defective parts are replaced at no extra product cost.
Returns
Unused product in original packing may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If it is not a quality issue, the buyer pays return freight.
Import duties
Price includes shipping. Duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the receiver. We do not under-declare commercial invoices.
