All price on our website has included shipping fee to all countries.
Once you place the order you get an email confirming it. At that point we pre-authorized your credit card and get the order ready for production, we will probably ship your product within 7-10 days after finish and it will probably reach you within 5 to 7 business days by express to door.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your product is shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Use that tracking number at the carrier's website (for example FedEx) to see when it's coming.
Receiving the product
We ship via common carriers(FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT), safe transfer. Upon receiving the item, please inspect the box carefully for damages. If you notice any damages, take pictures and email them to us. We will handle with the delivery company and get back to you ASAP with instructions.
In the unlikely event that this happens, we got your back. All you need to do is inspect the products within 5 days of the day you receive it. If there are any problems, give us an email. If any part is missing, we'll ship it to you ASAP. If any part is damaged, we'll ship it to you ASAP. Keep the damaged item, as we may need it back (at no cost or inconvenience to you).
At any rate, xy-sports is not responsible for any unauthorized repairs or returns and will not pay for any of the said.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Your satisfaction as a customer is important to us and we are looking to make everything right by you, from the moment you enter our store until you start tumbling at home. If anything is not satisfactory in your experience with us, we will govern ourselves by the policy described below. If a matter comes up that is not covered by the below we will use solid business logic and fair policies to resolve any issues, under prevailing law.
We offers a 30 day return window on most products (starting from the day you received the your products). To qualify for the return, the product must be in a sale-able condition in original packing materials.
Refund will be promptly issued upon us receiving and inspecting our product. The refund will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs.
There are a few exceptions to the return/refund policy:
Damaged or defective items would be replaced at no additional cost.
Items that are not in "new" condition that is re-sellable, in original packaging materials may not qualify for a refund.
Items given for free do not have any cash value.
Items shipped back before talking to a ibigbean service person and obtaining a written authorization will not be refunded.
Items that have been at the customer's possession for more than 30 days cannot be returned.
How to return?
Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A dedicated staff member will guide you through the process. Funds will be refunded according to the policy above to the same account you used to make the purchase.
